One of the goals of the BReATH project is the formation of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that bring together various (possibly foreign) stakeholders that are interested in stimulating the deployment and take-up of broadband infrastructure and e-services in a specific region or country. These stakeholders can be any interested persons, Service Providers, Network Operators, SMEs, local-regional-national governments, research and science institutes, customer organizations, regulatory bodies, and other organizations.

Three SIGs have been set up: targeting Poland, the Czech and Slovak Republics and Slovenia.
