Subject
The subject of the SIG Slovenia is “Broadband for all in Slovenia”.
Goals
The main goal of the SIG Slovenia “Broadband for all in Slovenia” is to influence, support and contribute to the development of broadband accessibility, which means building the necessary infrastructure and developing and providing appropriate e-services. The final goal is to bring broadband access to every home, educational institution and company in Slovenia.
The SIG is meant to include all relevant stakeholders in the broadband domain in order to transfer information about best practices and to facilitate the building of partnerships between the relevant stakeholders. The SIG will thus stimulate the creation of a positive environment for broadband development in Slovenia. The SIG will also facilitate collaboration on research projects.
